摘要
基于试验探究不同煤矸石细骨料取代率对混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度、动弹性模量、抗碳化及抗冻性能影响,煤矸石细骨料取代率分别为0、10%、20%、40%、50%。研究发现,当煤矸石细骨料取代率低于20%时,混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度、动弹性模量变化较小,而当取代率高于20%后,混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度、动弹性模量开始下降。随着煤矸石细骨料取代率的增加,混凝土抗碳化性能逐渐降低,抗冻性能逐渐变差。
Experimental study on different coal gangue aggregate replacement rate on concrete compressive strength,tensile strength, elastic modulus, anti carbonization and frost resistance were conducted.The coal gangue aggregate replacement rate were 0,10%, 20%, 40% ,50% .The results show that,when the coal gangue aggregate replacement rate is less than 20%,the compressive strength, tensile strength, dynamic elastic modulus is small,but when the replacement rate is higher than 20%, the compressive strength, tensile strength, dynamic elastic modulus decreased.With the increase of the replacement ratio of coal gangue,the carbonation resistance of concrete decreases gradually and the frost resistance becomes worse.
