摘要
主要针对碳钢基体,采用微胶囊包覆缓蚀剂技术以实现涂层的自修复性能。以脲醛树脂为壁材,月桂酸为芯材,采用两步法合成自修复微胶囊,并研究不同温度、pH、搅拌速度等工艺条件对微胶囊合成及结构的影响,优化合成工艺。将所合成的微胶囊添加在环氧树脂中,在碳钢表面制备涂层。结果表明:在合成温度60℃左右,pH 3-4,搅拌速度200 r/min时可以得到表面致密,粒径均匀的微胶囊;环氧涂层中加入微胶囊后,涂层的防护性能得到提高,具有明显的自修复性能。
The self-healing coating was realized by means of sustained release agent encapsulated in microcapsules,which was designed for the carbon steel substrate.The self-healing microcapsules were synthesized by two steps with the urea resin as shell material and the lauric acid as core material.The effects of different technology conditions,such as temperatures,pH value and stirring speed,etc.on the synthesis and structure of the microcapsules were studied in order to optimize the synthetic process.The composed microcapsules were added into the epoxy resin and the coating was prepared on the surface of carbon steel substrate.The results showed the microcapsules with dense surface and uniform particles could be gained if the synthesis temperature was about 60℃,the pH value was 3-4 and the stirring speed was 200 r/min.After the microcapsules were added into the epoxy coating,the protection property and the self-healing property of the coating could be obviously improved.
