摘要 为了研究自愈合微胶囊对回收沥青(RAS)混合料自愈合特性的影响,研制了以葵花籽油为芯材的微胶囊,并对其热稳定性进行了研究,通过弯曲梁流变试验和三点弯曲试验对所制备的4种沥青和沥青混合料的力学性能进行测试,通过测量裂缝宽度和裂缝显微图像对混合料试样裂缝的愈合效率进行了表征。结果表明:在混合料的生产温度范围内,微胶囊的热稳定性良好;随养护时间的延长试样逐渐愈合,愈合效率随养护时间的延长逐渐增大;与在烘箱中养护相比,在室温下养护试样的愈合效率更高,其中以掺再生剂的试样自愈合性能最好。 The effect of self-healing mierocapsules on the self-healing properties of recycled asphalt shingles (RAS)asphalt mixture was investigated,the microcapsule with sunflower oil as core material was prepared and its thermal stability was explored. The mechanical properties of four kinds of asphalt and asphalt mixture prepared were studied by bending beam rheological and three-point bending test. The healing efficiency of the mixture samples was characterized by the crack microscopy and the measurement of the micro-fracture width. The results show that the microcapsules have good thermal stability within the production temperature range of the mixture,the samples gradually heals with the increase of curing time,and the healing efficiency of the sample at room temperature is higher than the samples cured in the oven. The healing efficiency of each sample increased gradually with the increase of curing time. The sample with regenerant had the best self-healing property.
