摘要
针对公路桥梁钢结构运营过程中存在的腐蚀破坏问题,以双酚A型环氧树脂、聚四氢呋喃200、聚酰胺等为原料,制备出一种性能优良、长效可靠的公路桥梁钢结构专用重防腐底漆。对该底漆进行不挥发分、适用期、弯曲性能、耐冲击性、耐盐雾性能等性能指标测试及主要性能影响因素分析。结果表明:本研究制备的公路桥梁钢结构专用重防腐底漆显著提高了漆膜的各项性能指标,锌粉含量越高,底漆耐盐雾性越好,但锌粉质量分数超过80%时,底漆力学强度有所下降。
Aiming at the problem of corrosion damage in the operation of highway bridge steel structure,using bisphenol A epoxy resin,polytetrahydrofuran 200,polyamide,etc.as raw materials,a special heavy-duty anticorrosive primer with excellent performance and long-term reliability for highway bridge steel structure was prepared.The primer was tested for non-volatile content,pot life,bending performance,impact resistance,and salt spray resistance.The main performance influencing factors were analyzed.The results showed that the special heavyduty anticorrosive primer for highway and bridge steel structure prepared significantly improved the performance indicators of the paint film.The higher the zinc powder content,the better the salt spray resistance of the primer.But when the zinc powder content exceeded 80%,the mechanical strength of the primer decreased.
