摘要
主缆被称为悬索桥的生命线,但长期暴露在大气环境下的主缆钢丝又极易发生锈蚀。简要介绍了传统的悬索桥主缆防护方法,分析了传统防腐技术存在的问题。重点阐述了悬索桥主缆干燥空气除湿防腐技术,分析了其技术原理,介绍了除湿系统设计及需要考虑的因素,并探讨和展望了未来主缆干燥空气除湿系统的研究方向。
The main cable is called" life-line" of suspension bridge. The main cable is exposed in atmosphere and weathered and leads to rust. The paper discusses traditional technology of corrosion prevention for main cables of suspension bridge in brief. Existing problems of traditional technology of corrosion prevention is analyzed. Dry air dehumidification and anti-corrosion technologies for main cables of suspension bridges is expounded in detail in this paper and its technical principle is analysis. The design of the main cable dehumidification system and considering factors are presented in this paper. The research direction of dry air dehumidification system of main cables is discussed and forecast.
