悬索桥主缆除湿防腐蚀技术应用和探讨 被引量:18

摘要 主缆是悬索桥的"安全生命线"。由于处在跨越江河湖海和承力的环境下,主缆必须进行特殊防护。利用除湿系统干燥主缆内部空气,使湿度保持在一定范围内,可以减缓主缆钢丝的腐蚀。结合传统的主缆缠丝涂装防护方法,分析和讨论除湿系统在主缆防护工程中的应用。 Main cables are the 'safe life-line' of suspensiion bridges. Being over a river or sea and a stressed condition, main cables must be specially protected. To dry the air therein by means of dehumidification system is able to keep the humidity to be within the range of designed values and to retard corrosion of the steel wires inside the main cables. Combined with traditional wrapping and painting protection measures for main cables. The application of the dehumidification system in the main cable protection projects is analyzed and discussed.
