摘要 详细介绍了微胶囊的结构组成、常见的制备方法和表征手段。微胶囊能够保护囊内物质,改善其性能和作用发挥,微胶囊化过程工艺简单,原料来源丰富,因而得到了广泛的研究和推广。综述了微胶囊技术在功能涂料、食品、医药等国内外各领域的应用,在对现有问题进行分析的基础上,提出了今后的研究和发展方向。 In this paper,the compositions of the microcapsule were introduced in detail and several frequent methods of preparing and characterizing were also reviewed.Microcapsules can protect the core materials,and improve their performance and function.The microencapsulation has been widely studied and promoted due to simple synthetic process and rich source materials.After summarizing the application in functional coatings,food,medicine and other fields at home and abroad,further development for microencapsulation technology was proposed by considering current issues.
