摘要
研究了氧化亚铜对新型封端聚氨酯(BPU)/环氧树脂(EP)共混物涂料的拉伸强度、剪切强度和表面防污性能的影响。拉伸、剪切实验结果表明,涂层的拉伸强度和剪切强度随着氧化亚铜的增加均有所下降;加入纳米氧化亚铜对涂层的影响更加明显,涂层的拉伸强度和剪切强度均大幅下降;铜离子渗出率测定结果表明,随着氧化亚铜用量的增加,铜离子渗出率增大,用纳米氧化亚铜替代氧化亚铜效果并不明显,稳定时的铜离子渗出速率变化不大,用聚乙二醇(PEG)硅烷处理的铜离子渗出率高于未经处理的氧化亚铜的渗出率;透射电镜分析表明,经硅烷处理后的氧化亚铜在树脂中分散性较好,而纳米氧化亚铜和氧化亚铜均出现一定程度的团聚现象;实海挂板试验结果表明,涂料中添加氧化亚铜、纳米氧化亚铜和经PEG硅烷改性后的氧化亚铜的涂层防污性能依次增强,当80phr氧化亚铜的防污效果较好。
The influence of cuprous oxide( Cu2O) on tensile strength,shear strength and surface properties of blocked polyurethane/epoxy( BPU/EP) resin blend coatings was investigated. The results of tensile,shear experiments show that the tensile and shear strength of the coatings decrease as the Cu2 O amount increases; the effect of adding nano-cuprous oxide( nano- Cu2O) in coatings is even obvious. The results of the copper-ion release rate show that the copper-ion release rate increases as the Cu2 O amount increases and the replacement affection of nano- Cu2 O is not obvious,and the copper-ion release rate of the Cu2 O modified with polyethylene glycol( PEG) silane is higher than that of the untreated one. TEM images show that in the resin,nano- Cu2 O and Cu2 O appear a certain degree of reunion phenomenon but dispersion of cuprous oxide modified with PEG silane in the resin is better. The panel test results show that the effect of Cu2 O,nano- Cu2 O and the Cu2 O modified with PEG silane on the antifouling performance of coatings gradually is improved and the antifouling property of 80 phr cuprous oxide is best.
