摘要
学生学业倦怠是学习中较为常见的一种心理现象。近年来,职业院校学生学业倦怠问题呈复杂化发展,表现在:学校、班级缺乏严格实施的群体规范,师生、生生关系缺乏生命意义的情感链接,学习过程中学生缺少驱动学习的内外动机,这些都是学生产生学业倦怠的主要原因。群体动力理论为解决这一问题提供了一个有效的视角,其理论中的约束力、凝聚力和驱动力分别有助于解决学业倦怠中的行为问题、目标问题以及动力问题。基于此,科学运用群体动力理论改善学生的学业倦怠问题,首先要完善管理体制,加强校风、班风建设,提高群体约束力;其次要巩固群体关系,营造良好的群体学习氛围,增强群体凝聚力;最后要发挥社会各主体的联动作用,激发群体内驱力。
Students'academic burnout is a common psychological phenomenon in learning.In recent years,the problem of Vocational College Students'academic burnout is becoming more and more complicated,which is manifested in the following aspects:the lack of strict implementation of group norms in schools and classes,the lack of emotional links between teachers and students,and the lack of internal and external motivation in the learning process.Group dynamics theory provides an effective perspective to solve this problem.The binding force,cohesion and driving force in the theory help to solve the behavior problem,goal problem and motivation problem in academic burnout respectively.Therefore,we should scientifically use group dynamics theory to improve students'academic burnout.First of all,we should improve the management system,strengthen the construction of school spirit and class spirit,and improve the group binding force;secondly,we should consolidate the group relationship,create a good group learning atmosphere and enhance the group cohesion;finally,we should give full play to the interaction of various social subjects and stimulate the driving force within the group.
