摘要
把企业看成系统,针对企业管理工作中经常遇到的问题,用系统的整体性、结构性、层次性和开放性原理,分析企业管理系统,提出一些想法和企业管理理论的哲学依据。从而更准确地把握企业管理理论的精髓,更好地运作企业。
<abstract>is paper regards corporation as the system. About the questions that often meet in corporation' s management, it analyses corporation' s administrative system and points out some philosophy bases of ideas and corporation' s management theories with systematic holistic, structural, level and open principles. Using the marrow of management theory, we can accuratly work in corporation better.
