摘要
当前,高校学生就业问题是社会关注的焦点,而围绕就业导向,培养学生的职业素养,则是高职院校落实应用型人才培养规划的具体要求。应用文是人们在生活、学习、工作中为处理实际事务经常使用的具有惯用格式的实用文体。从目前高职院校教育教学实践来看,学生应用写作能力的培养处于不被重视状态。针对此,本文从高职院校教育教学改革出发,针对就业视角下培养高职院校学生应用写作能力的重要性进行分析,并结合现实问题探究相应的培养策略,以期对推动高职院校学生的未来就业提供参考。
At present,the employment of college students is the focus of social attention.However,the specific requirements of implementing the application-oriented talent training plan are to cultivate students^professional literacy around employment orientation.Applied text is a practical style with the usual format used by people in life,study and work to deal with practical affairs.From the current higher vocational education and teaching practice,students"ability of applied writing is not paid attention to.In view of this,this paper analyzes the importance of cultivating students^writing ability from the perspective of employment from the perspective of employment,and explores the corresponding training strategies in combination with the practical problems,in order to provide reference for promoting the future employment of students in higher vocational colleges.
