摘要
基于2-2-1排列的3段式海水纳滤脱盐系统,在中压(3.4~3.8 MPa)条件下对比分析了不同位置的膜元件产水量和脱盐率的变化特性,并将3-2与2-2-1这2种排列方式的脱盐率和回收率进行比较。结果表明,2种排列方式条件下,系统后端的膜元件其水通量均随操作压力升高而降低;相比于3-2排列方式,2-2-1排列时回收率增加4.09%,而脱盐率降低了3.04%。
For the three-stage NF seawater desalination system with 2-2-1 arrangement, under the medium pressure(3.4~3.8 MPa), the variation characteristics of water yield and desalination ratio for each branched-membrane element were analyzed. And the performance of 3-2 and 2-2-1 arrangement in desalination and recovery ratio were compared. The results showed that, under the conditions of the two arrangements, the water flux of the membrane elements near the end of the system decreased with the increase of the operating pressure. For the 2-2-1 arrangement, the recovery rate increased by 4.09% and the desalination ratio decreased by 3.04% compared with the 3-2 arrangement.
