摘要
根据钢铁厂冷轧板生产过程产生的各股废水性质不同,采用分质处理方法:含酸废水采用空气氧化-中和-混凝沉淀处理工艺;稀碱废水、平整液废水及乳化液废水采用分质预处理-A/O-MBR生化处理工艺。介绍了该工程的处理工艺流程、主要设计参数及处理效果。运行结果表明,处理后出水ρ(COD)≤30 mg/L,ρ(SS)≤20 mg/L,达到深度脱盐系统进水要求。
According to the different characteristics of the wastewater from different treatment units of cold-rolled sheet production in an iron and steel plant,separated treatment was adopted,air oxidation-neutralization-coagulating sedimentation was used for acid-containing wastewater treatment;separated pretreatment-A/O-MBR biochemical treatment was used for dilute alkali wastewater,strip temper mill wastewater and emulsification wastewater treatment.The flow,main design parameters of the said process as well as the treatment effect of the project were introduced.The operation results showed that,after the treatment,the mass concentrations of COD and SS were not above 30 and 20 mg/L respectively,the effluent water quality met the influent requirement of deep desalting system.
