摘要
针对东北某垃圾渗滤液处理厂现有处理工艺的膜浓缩液处置困难的问题,进行一系列实验探究,寻找合适的处理工艺。通过预处理、管式超滤、物料膜、DTRO和低温蒸发等技术的组合,实现产水的达标排放和满足厂区的回用需求。结果表明采用“软化除硬+管式超滤+物料膜+DTRO减量+低温蒸发”组合工艺处理具有一定的稳定性和可行性,物料膜、DTRO、低温蒸发的回收率分别控制为98%、85%、80%,运行压力相对较低,软化除硬所产生的化学污泥量为3.3 kg/吨水。该研究结果可为垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液的处理提供参考。
In view of the difficulties in the disposal of membrane concentrate in a landfill leachate treatment plant in Northeast China,a series of experiments were carried out to find an appropriate treatment process.Through the combination of pretreatment,tubular ultrafiltration membrane,material membrane,DTRO,low temperature evaporation and other technologies,to achieve the standard discharge of produced water and meet the needs of plant reuse.The results show that the combined process of“softening and dehardening+tubular ultrafiltration membrane+material membrane+DTRO reduction+low temperature evaporation”has certain stability and feasibility.The recovery rates of material film,DTRO and low temperature evaporation are controlled as 98%,85%and 80%respectively,and the operating pressure is relatively low.The amount of chemical sludge produced by softening and removing hardening is 3.3 kg/t water.The results can provide reference for the treatment of landfill leachate membrane concentrate.
