摘要
科技水平的进步提高生产效率促进经济的发展,但科技水平的进步会对劳动力产生促进效应还是挤出效应已经成为了就业研究过程中的重要问题。本研究利用熵值法构建科技进步水平指标体系,依据安徽省2008-2018年数据实际测算安徽省的科技进步水平值,进行科技进步水平与就业结构的关联度分析。得出安徽省科技进步水平促进劳动力总量的提升以及就业结构的优化的结论,提出促进高新产业发展和就业服务体系的完善的建议。
The progress of science and technology can improve production efficiency and promote economical development.Whether the progress of science and technology will promote or crowd out the labor force has become an important issue in the process of employment research.In this paper,the entropy method is used to construct the index system of scientific progress level.According to the actual data of Anhui province from 2008 to 2018,the level of scientific and technological progress in Anhui province is calculated,and based on this,the gray correlation analysis of Anhui province’s labor and employment is carried out.It is concluded that the level of scientific and technological progress in Anhui province promotes the total labor force and optimizes the employment structure.The paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of high-tech industry and improve the employment service system.
