摘要
新疆籍少数民族大学生属于我国青年才俊的重要组成部分,其就业问题对我国社会稳定、民族团结及新疆地区经济发展具有重要的影响。该文通过案例分析了新疆籍少数民族毕业生在求职就业过程中存在就业观念保守、学习基础薄弱、用人单位存在偏见、就业信息获取渠道单一等问题,并提出转变就业观念、提升自身素质、完善就业服务体系以及一对一就业信息精准推送和帮扶的指导思路,旨为促进新疆籍少数民族毕业生高质量就业提供参考和借鉴。
Xinjiang minority college students are an important part of China's young talents,and their employment has an important impact on China's social stability,national unity and economic development in Xinjiang.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment process of Xinjiang ethnic minority graduates,such as conservative employment concept,weak learning foundation,bias of employers,single access to employment information,etc.,and puts forward the guiding ideas of changing employment concept,improving their own quality,improving the employment service system,as well as the accurate promotion and assistance of one-to-one employment information To provide reference and reference for high-quality employment of Xinjiang ethnic minority graduates.
