摘要
线粒体是存在于真核细胞中的重要细胞器,不仅能为细胞的各种生命活动提供能量,还具有其他的生理功能,如产生活性氧、调控细胞代谢、维持细胞内钙离子浓度的动态平衡、控制细胞程序性死亡等。许多研究结果表明线粒体与肿瘤细胞的迁移密切相关,癌症的发病率随年龄的增长而增加,肿瘤的转移是导致老年肿瘤患者死亡的重要原因之一。因此,本文就线粒体对肿瘤细胞迁移、侵袭的影响及其可能的机制进行综述,为探索与线粒体有关的肿瘤治疗方法、改善老年患者预后提供科学依据。
Mitochondria are crucial organelles in eukaryotic cells,in addition to providing energy for cellular biogenic activ-ities,mitochondria have multiple functions including the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),the regulation of metabolism,the maintenance of intracellular Ca2+homeostasis and the regulation of programmed cell death.Recent studies have shown that mitochondria are closely related to the migration of tumor cells,moreover,the incidence of cancer increases with age,metastasis is one of the major causes of death in older patients with cancer.Therefore,this paper summarizes the effect of mitochondria on tumor cell migration and invasion and its possible mechanism,which attempts to provide scientific basis for exploring therapeutic strategies related to mitochondria and improving the prognosis of older patients.
