摘要
目的：研究sumvin在骨肉瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法：对74例骨肉瘤患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析。应用survivin抗体对上述患者的肿瘤组织切片进行免疫组织化学染色并进行统计学分析。结果：74例标本中58例为阳性，总阳性率为78．4％。survivin的表达与患者年龄、性别、骨肉瘤亚型无明显关系。但与Enneking外科分期有关，I～ⅡA与ⅡB-Ⅲ之间，肿瘤survivin表达率差异明显（P〈0．05）。结论：survivin在骨肉瘤组织中有较高比例的表达，并与肿瘤的外科分期密切相关。
Objective ：To investigate the expression of survivin in osteosarcoma. Methods： The clinic pathologic information of seventy - four cases of osteosarcoma was studied retrospectively the tumour samples of these patients were examined by using anti - survivin polyclonal antibody and immunohistochemical staining. Results： The positive expression rate of survivin protein in osteosarcoma was 78.4% （58/74）. The expression of survivin was correlated with Enneking surgical staging. Its expression rate in Enneking surgical staging I -Ⅱ A was significantly lower than that in staging ⅡB - Ⅲ（ P 〈 o. 05 ）. The expression was not correlated with the pathological subtypes of osteosarcoma. Conclusion： High expression of survivin was found in osteosarcoma tissue.
