摘要
科学合理、切实可行的管理措施是保证医院良性可持续发展的基石。以我院为例,从扩大专业影响、推动技术发展、促进服务内涵建设、发挥绩效导向作用等方面介绍了由诊疗科目单一的二级肺科医院向综合诊疗业务较强的三级老年病医院转型发展的创新管理措施和效果,为同规模医院的转型发展提供借鉴与参考。
Scientifically reasonable and practical management measures are the cornerstone to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals.This article introduces a series of innovation management measures and outcome in our hospital,focusing on academic influence,professional development,service optimization,and performance evaluation have been developed and adopted during the transformation and development of our hospital from a secondary specialist pulmonary hospital to a tertiary geriatric hospital with strong multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment capacity.
