摘要
加强伦理治理是我国顺应新时代科技高质量发展提出的总体方略,其实施与医学科技高质量发展之间存在契合性。为推动医学科技高质量发展更好地嵌入伦理治理,要遵循包容性、开放式、差异化三大发展战略,从政策协调、制度变革、人文交流、协同共治和管理创新等五个方面实施。
Strengthening ethical governance is the overall strategy put forward by China to comply with the high-quality development of science and technology in the new era,and there is compatibility between its implementation and the high-quality development of medical science and technology.In order to promote the high-quality development of medical science and technology to better embed ethical governance,it is necessary to follow the three major development strategies of inclusiveness,openness and differentiation,and implement them from five aspects:policy coordination,institutional reform,cultural exchanges,collaborative governance and management innovation.
