冲裁工艺在工业机械设计中的重要性 被引量:3

摘要 冲裁工艺作为工业机械制造中的常用技术手段,对产品的加工质量和生产效率起着至关重要的作用。通过增强冲裁工艺水平,有助于缩减产品的整体制造流程,令产品的生产成本也得到较好的控制。而计算机时代的全面到来,为冲裁工艺的改进与优化提供了良好的方向,使其从最初的手工设计逐渐向计算机辅助设计转变,极大程度提升了该工艺的运用水平。为我国工业的长远有序发展,起到良好的促进作用。本文根据冲裁工艺在工业机械设计中的重要性,结合各种冲压工序和排样方案的优劣势,浅谈一下冲裁工艺的具体应用流程及优化方向。 As a common technical means in the manufacturing of industrial machinery,blanking process plays a vital role in the processing quality and production efficiency of products.By enhancing the blanking technology level,it is helpful to reduce the overall manufacturing process of products,so that the production cost of products is also better controlled.The full arrival of the computer era provides a good direction for the improvement and optimization of blanking process,which makes it gradually change from the initial manual design to the computer-aided design,and greatly improves the application level of the process.For the long-term orderly development of China's industry,play a good role in promoting.In this paper,according to the importance of blanking process in industrial machinery design,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of various stamping processes and layout scheme,a brief talk about the specific application process and optimization of blanking process.
