摘要
文章针对冲件产品的结构特点,设计了一次冲两片扇形片模具,相应地,模具为安装方便设有定位装置、导料装置、卸料装置、废料自动切断装置等。模具解决的技术关键为:冲出的两片扇形片要一致,而且毛刺要少于0.04 mm。模具的创新点在于:将现有的单片模变成双片模,可以提高1倍的效率,模具的排料方式要隔两片冲两片。模具生产效率比单片模提高1倍。模具应用于4000 kN双点闭式冲压机自动生产线相配套的高速双片复冲模,极大地满足风电电机生产的需要。
According to the structural characteristics of stamping products,this paper designs a die for punching two sector pieces at a time.Accordingly,the die is equipped with a positioning device,a guide device,a discharge device,an automatic waste cutting device,etc.for the convenience of installation.The key technology to solve the problem is that the two sector plates should be the same,and the burr should be less than 0.04 mm.The innovation of the die lies in that the efficiency can be doubled by changing the existing single die into a double die.The layout of the die should be separated by two dies to punch two,so as not to interfere.The production efficiency of die is 1 time higher than that of single die.The die is applied to the high-speed double sheet compound die matched with the automatic production line of 4000 kN double point closed punch,which greatly meets the need of wind power motor production.
