摘要
阐述了一种电机定、转子多工位高速冲裁自动叠扣级进模的设计方案。在对电机定子、转子零件工艺性分析的基础上,确定了定、转子零件的冲裁方案,制定了冲裁排样方案,进而对定、转子多工位级进冲裁模具总体方案进行了优化设计。该模具结构合理,既确保了冲裁件产品质量要求,又实现了高速冲裁的效果,提高了生产效率,取得了较大的经济、社会效益。
This paper talks about an optimal design of multi-position high-speed cutting automatic folding buckle progressive die for the motor stator and rotor.The blanking and punching layout scheme are made based on the analysis of the craft from motor stator and rotor parts.Furthermore,the general scheme is optimized.The die is reasonable in structure.It not only ensures the quality of the blanking products,but also realizes the effect of high speed cutting.It improves the production efficiency and makes great economic and social benefits.
