摘要
简要介绍了八嘴回转式包机的结构组成和控制系统等基本概况;并对其作业过程控制功能——自动灌装、无袋不灌装、中途掉袋停止灌装、一圈装不满二次灌装、一圈装满后停止灌装、不到掉袋位置不掉袋等进行了一一分析;并从电气及机械相互结合角度,就常见故障查找原因的方法进行了介绍。这是一种介于机械、电气之间的新型分析方法,能够快速有效地处理各类故障。
Basic information as control system and structure of eight-spouts packing machine was introduced in brief, and the control functions of its operation process auto filling,stop filling with no bag,filling until full,stop when full,dorp until point were analysed one by one, and the method of checking common malfunction cause was introduced from angles of electric and mechanic. This is a new method between mechanic and electric which can deal with all kinds of malfunction quickly and effectively.
