摘要
“1+X”证书制度是高等职业教育新机遇,有助于培养复合型高技能人才,增强高等职业院校竞争力,构建大职业教育体系。当前“1+X”证书制度试点虽然已经取得一定的成果,但也存在课证融合困难、师资力量不强、实践实训机会缺乏和教学考核难统一等新问题,需要高等职业院校整合课程内容,促进课证融合,健全“1+X”证书教学师资、深化校企合作和产教融合,加强教学监督和考核,协调好学历教育和职业技能等级证书教育,真正实现“1+X”证书制度教育改革目标。
The certificate system of“1+X”is a new opportunity for higher vocational education,which helps to train complex high-skilled talents,enhance the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and build a large vocational education system.Although the current pilots of the“1+X”certificate system has achieved some results,but there are also difficulties in the integration of certificates,as poor teacher force,lack of practical training opportunities and teaching assessment and so on,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to integrate curriculum content,promote the integration of certificates,improve the“1+X”certificate teaching force,deepen school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education,it is also necessary to strengthen teaching supervision and assessment,carry out curriculum thinking and politics,coordinate academic education and vocational qualification level certificate education,so as to truly achieve the goal of education reform of the“1+X”certificate system.
