1+X证书制度背景下高职院校书证融通面临的现实困境和突破路径研究 被引量:20

摘要 书证融通能充分体现1+X证书制度设计理念,是国家资历框架构建、复合型人才培养、多元生源个性化学习、降低院校教学成本的迫切需要。但现实中还面临融通证书的选择、引入、教学、保障困难等问题,书证融通浮于表面。在1+X证书制度背景下,高职院校书证融通要想实现突破,需注意以下问题:“X”证书如何选,“1”和“X”如何融,融通课程如何教,书证融通如何保障。通过解决以上问题,提出在现有条件下的突破路径。 The integration of degree certificate and vocational skill level certificate can fully reflect the design concept of 1+X certificate system,which is an urgent need for the construction of national qualification framework,the cultivation of compound talents,the personalized learning of diverse students,and the reduction of teaching costs in colleges and universities.However,there are still some problems such as the selection,introduction,teaching and guarantee of the integrated certificate in reality,the reform of the integration of degree certificate and vocational skill level certificate is not deep.In order to achieve a breakthrough in the integration of degree certificate and vocational skill level certificate in higher vocational colleges under the background of 1+X certificate system,the following problems should be paid attention to:How to choose“X”certificate?How to integrate“1”and“X”?How to teach the integration course?How to guarantee the integration of degree certificate and vocational skill level certificate?Through the solution of the above problems,the breakthrough path under the existing conditions is put forward.
