摘要
“1+X”证书制度是我国高等教育教学改革的一大创新,对推动高校人才培养升级起到了积极的推动作用,能够提高应用型本科高校人才教育的适应性,有利于推动社会经济建设与发展。应用型本科高校在教育教学中推进“1+X”证书制度,能够对原有的人才培养模式进行改进与优化,确保与当前社会岗位需求相匹配。因此,有必要尽快探索落实并创新“1+X”证书制度在应用型本科高校助产学专业的实施途径。基于此,概述了“1+X”证书制度、助产学专业教学改革的必要性、“1+X”证书制度下助产学专业的培养目标,提出了“1+X”证书制度下助产学专业教学改革策略。
The“1+X”certificate system is a major innovation in the teaching reform in China’s higher education,which has played a positive role in promoting the upgrading of talent cultivation in universities.It can also improve the adaptability of talent education in applied undergraduate universities and is conducive to promoting social and economic construction and development.The promotion of the“1+X”certificate system in education and teaching for application-oriented undergraduate programs can improve and optimize the existing talent cultivation model,ensuring that it matches the current job requirements of the society.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and innovate the implementation of the“1+X”certificate system in the field of midwifery in applied undergraduate universities as soon as possible.Based on this,this article outlines the“1+X”certificate system,the necessity of teaching reform,and the training objectives of midwifery majors under the“1+X”certificate system.It proposes teaching reform strategies for midwifery majors under the“1+X”certificate system.
