摘要
目的研究宫颈外敷康复新液联合口服黄腐酸促使重度宫颈糜烂HPV阳性患者的转阴效果,并经上皮组织特殊染色法进行评估。方法将2018年7月—2020年2月期间在石家庄市第四医院和张家口市第一医院就诊的HPV阳性重度宫颈糜烂患者共106例纳为研究对象,按就诊序号随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例。治疗组将浸透康复新液的棉球塞入阴道外敷在宫颈上,每晚1次,保留30 min/次,同时口服含黄腐酸成分的乌金液20 ml,2次/d,连续治疗3个月。对照组仅给予含黄腐酸成分的乌金液抑菌凝胶通过阴道注入治疗,每晚1次,连续治疗3个月。通过上皮组织特殊染色法对治疗前后HPV阳性检测进行评分,并观察患者治疗前后的临床症状指标、HR-HPV含量及HR-HPV16或18阳性的变化情况,同时对免疫相关指标CD4+进行观察。结果治疗后经上皮组织特殊染色法评分比较,治疗组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时两组患者的临床症状指标、宫颈糜烂恢复程度、经阴道超声观察宫颈管内糜烂恢复情况、HR-HPV含量变化及HR-HPV16或18阳性的变化比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组治疗后免疫相关指标CD4+表达阳性率明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合黄腐酸抑制HPV感染有确切疗效,通过上皮组织特殊染色法评估康复新液联合黄腐酸抑制HPV作用的效果简单且实用。
Objective To study the effect of cervical external application of Kangfuxin solution combined with oral fulvic acid on HPV positive patients with severe cervical erosion.Methods A total of 106 patients with HPV-positive severe cervical erosion who were treated at the Fourth Hospital of Shijiazhuang City and the First Hospital of Zhangjiakou City from July 2018 to February 2020 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the treatment number,53 cases in each group.In the treatment group,a cotton ball soaked with Kangfuxin solution was inserted into the vagina and applied on the cervix,once a night,for 30 minutes each time,and 20 mL of Wujin solution containing fulvic acid was taken orally,2 times/d,for 3 consecutive treatments month.The control group was only given the fulvic acid component of Wujin solution antibacterial gel via vaginal injection,once a night,for 3 months of continuous treatment.The HPV positive detection before and after treatment was scored by the special epithelial tissue method,and the TCM syndrome indexes,HR-HPV content and the changes of HR-HPV16 or 18 positive before and after treatment were observed.At the same time,the immune-related index CD4+was observed.Results After treatment,the scoresof the epithelial tissue special staining method were compared,the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the comparison of TCM syndrome indicators,cervical erosion recovery degree,transvaginal ultrasound observation of cervical erosion recovery,changes in HR-HPV content and changes in HR-HPV16 or 18 positive,the treatment group was better than the control group.All were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the positive rate of CD4+expression of immune-related indicators in the treatment group was significantly reduced after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin solution c
