摘要
目的:观察祛湿解毒汤联合熏洗I号方对宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者病毒载量的影响。方法:选取2019年6月~2021年3月本院收治的宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者132例,随机分为观察组(n=66)和对照组(n=66)。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在上述基础上予以祛湿解毒汤联合熏洗Ⅰ号方治疗。连续治疗3个月后,比较两组疗效;比较治疗前后两组患者症状体征、炎性水平及病毒载量变化;比较治疗3个月后两组HPV转阴率;比较治疗后6个内两组复发情况;比较用药期间两组不良反应发生情况。结果:连续治疗3个月后,观察组患者治疗总有效率高与对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医症候评分较治疗前均有降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平及病毒载量较治疗前均有降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HPV转阴率及复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均无严重不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:祛湿解毒汤联合熏洗I号方治疗宫颈炎伴HPV感染的临床效果显著,加快患者症状缓解,抑制机体炎症水平,同时加快HPV清除速率,降低其复发风险,且安全性高。
Objective:To explore the effect of Qushi Jiedu Decoction combined with Fumigation No.1 Recipe on viral load for patients with cervicitis and human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods:A total of 132 patients with cervicitis and HPV infection admitted to the hospital were enrolled between June 2019 and March 2021.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=66)and a controlled group(n=66).The controlled group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was additionally treated with Qushi Jiedu Decoction and Fumigation No.1 Recipe.After 3 months of continuous treatment,curative effect,changes of symptoms and signs,inflammatory level and viral load before and after treatment,negative conversion ratio of HPV after 3 months of treatment,recurrence within 6 months after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during medication between the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 months of continuous treatment,total response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were decreased,which were lower in the observation group than the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and viral load in both groups were decreased,which were lower in the observation group than the controlled group(P<0.05).The negative conversion ratio of HPV and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in either group during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Qushi Jiedu Decoction combined with Fumigation No.1 Recipe is significant to treat cervicitis combined with HPV infection,which can alleviate symptoms,inhibit inflammation level,accelerate HPV clearance rate and reduce recurrence risk,with high safety.
