摘要
高等学历继续教育为国家培养了大量经济社会发展急需的各类专门人才,满足了各类学习者多样化需求,是高校人才培养、服务社会的重要形式,但在新形势下,其发展过程中存在的问题日益显现。推动高等学历继续教育综合改革发展已刻不容缓。基于旧城改造理念启迪,从规划及道路、质量、环境等方面对高等学历继续教育存在的问题分析,探索适合中国国情的高等学历继续教育发展路径。
Higher continuing education for academic degrees in colleges and universities is an important form of talent training and serving the society,satisfying multiple demands of learners.But under the new circumstances,problems are growing increasingly during its development.It is urgent to promote the comprehensive reform and development of higher continuing education for academic degrees.From the perspective of urban renewal,this paper explores the development path of higher continuing education suitable for Chinese conditions,hoping to provide suggestions for the reform of higher continuing education for academic degrees from the aspects of overall planning,development pathways,quality,and environment.
