摘要
文章通过将"微改造"的理念运用于郑州市中原区五建小区的改造建设当中,以问题为导向发现和梳理现状的重点问题,运用"微改造"的手段提出五建小区在公共基础设施、建筑楼体、道路交通和景观绿化四个方面的设计策略,并提出多元的建设管理模式和共同缔造的运营机制,为城市更新中"点状"的老旧小区改造提供参考。
By applying the concept of"micro-reconstruction"to the reconstruction and construction of the Wujian Community in Zhongyuan District,Zhengzhou City,the paper is problem-oriented,discovering and sorting out the key issues of the current situation.Subsequently,the paper uses the"micro-renovation"method to propose the five-building community's design strategies in four aspects:public infrastructure,building bodies,road traffic and landscape greening,and finally proposes a diversified construction management model and jointly created operating mechanism.It provides a reference for the"dotted"old community reconstruction in urban renewal.
