摘要
随着我国城市化建设脚步的不断加快,满足人民群众不断增长的物质和精神文化需求,推动城市文明的进一步发展,让更多的老百姓能够有一个温馨、舒适、便捷的居住环境,已经成为建筑行业亟需研讨的课题。在这一背景下,文章将结合城市老旧小区的具体特点,在分析现阶段城市老旧小区存在问题的基础之上,对城市老旧小区整治与改造进行简要分析研究。
