摘要
超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)板可辊性差,室温下单次辊压的辊压比低于3%,通过逐步减小辊筒间隙连续多次辊压可提高辊压比,且其值随辊筒间隙减小量的降低而提高,在辊筒转速27 r/min下,辊隙减小量为0.40 mm时,辊压比为10.2%,辊隙减小量降至0.05 mm时,辊压比可达26.6%;而辊筒转速对辊压比几乎没有影响。辊压后的UHMWPE板表现出明显的各向异性,辊压方向的拉伸强度随着辊压比的提高而提高,垂直于辊压方向的拉伸强度小幅度降低。2D-WAXD衍射图表明辊压过程中材料内部的晶粒发生了择优取向。
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)plates could hardly be rolled,the rolling ratio could not even reach 3%when rolled at room temperature,but it could be increased by decreasing the roll gap for several consecutive rolls.The results show that the rolling ratio can be significantly increased with the decrease of roll gap.It increases from 10.2%to 26.6%,when the roll gap decreases from 0.40 mm to 0.05 mm at the rotate speed of 27 r/min.However,the roller rotate speed has little effect on rolling ratio.The rolled UHMWPE plates are obviously anisotropic,the tensile strength on rolling direction increases with the increase of rolling ratio,while perpendicular to rolling direction it decreases slightly.The two-dimensional X-ray diffraction pattern(2 D-WAXD)shows that grain orientation occurs during the rolling process.
