摘要
采用了往复式摩擦磨损试验机,研究了UHMWPE在空气、去离子水以及海水中分别与轴承钢(GCr15)对摩时的摩擦学行为,并进行了比较。结果表明:UHMWPE在去离子水中摩擦因数(COF)最小,其次是海水介质中,空气中的摩擦因数(COF)最大。磨损率(wear rate)是在去离子水中最小,其次是空气介质中,海水介质中最大。同时对其原理做了简要介绍,以期为UHMWPE材料的开发研究提供参考数据及思路。
Under three different environment (air or deionized water or sea water) , the tribological property of UHMWPE rubed with GCrl5 was investigated using the reciprocating friction testing apparatus and compared with each other. The results demonstrated that the coefficient of friction of UHMWPE under deionized water was the least. The next was the COF under sea water. The COF under air was the biggest. The order of wear rate was that under deionized was the least ,the next was under air,under sea water was the biggst. And the principle was introduced simply. The study was expected that it could help the study of UHMWPE material.
