摘要
采用模压成型的方式将碳纤维(CF)与超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)进行混融制备UHMW-PE/CF复合材料,并对其表面形貌、力学强度、耐磨性能以及耐久性进行测试。结果表明:所有UHMW-PE/CF复合材料中,CF含量为6%时(UHMW-PE/CF-3),在UHMW-PE基体中分散最佳,并且其力学性能均表现最佳,其中拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度、拉伸阻尼系数以及压缩阻尼系数分别为31.22 MPa、65.63 MPa、24.95 kJ/m^(2)、0.075和0.562。此外,UHMW-PE/CF-3表现最佳的耐磨性能以及耐久性能,说明其具有较好的实用性。因此,制备的UHMW-PE/CF-3材料有望用于羽毛球拍材料领域。
Carbon fiber(CF)and ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMW-PE)were blended by molding to prepare UHMW-PE/CF composites.The surface morphology,mechanical strength,wear resistance and durability of the composites were tested.The results show that in all UHMW-PE/CF composites,when CF content is 6%(UHMW-PE/CF-3),the dispersion in UHMW-PE matrix is the best,and the mechanical properties of UHMW-PE/CF-3 are the best.The tensile strength,bending strength,impact strength,tensile damping coefficient and compression damping coefficient are 31.22 MPa,65.63 MPa,24.95 kJ/m^(2),0.075 and 0.562 respectively.In addition,UHMW-PE/CF-3 shows the best wear resistance and durability,indicating that it has good practicability.Therefore,the prepared UHMW-PE/CF-3 material is expected to be used in badminton racket materials.
