摘要
超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)是指相对分子质量在150万以上的聚乙烯产品,具有极佳的抗冲击性、耐磨损性、耐化学腐蚀性、耐低温性、耐应力开裂性、抗黏附、自润滑性及安全卫生等优异性能,广泛地应用于纺织、国防、包装、工业和医疗等领域。本文从纤维、薄膜、管材、医用材料、板材、异型材等角度对我国UHMWPE的研究现状进行了分析,并指出UHMWPE的生产、应用符合国家发展政策,并且具有重要的战略意义,各研究单位可通过提高后期加工技术,将这一细分领域做精、做大、做强,推动UHMWPE产业的高端突破。
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) is the product of which the molecular weight is beyond 1500 thousands. UHMWPE has a variety of special performances, such as impact resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, low-temperature resistance, stress cracking resistance, anti-adhesion ability, selflubricating property, safety and health and so on. UHMWPE is widely used in the textile, national defense, packaging, chemical industry, medical and other fields. The article analyzes the present domestic research status of UHMWPE in terms of fiber, thin film, tubular product, medical material, sheet material, profiled bar, etc. It points out that the production and application of UHMWPE should conform to the national development strategy, and the development of UHMWPE industry has a strategic significance. The research institutes can make this subdivision field fine, big and strong and promote the high-end breakthrough of UHMWPE industry by improving the post-processing technology.
