摘要
指挥信息系统运维人才能力评价受诸多不确定性因素的影响。从分析指挥信息系统运维人才能力目标定位出发,采用系统工程方法,设计了由4个维度潜变量和23个显变量构成的运维人才能力指标体系,建立了运维人才能力评价结构方程模型,选用AMOS软件工具进行模型的参数估计与检验,给出了运维人才能力评价的定量关系模型,并提出了运维人才能力评价结构方程模型的应用建议。研究结果对于指导指挥信息系统工程专业的人才培养模式和教学训练改革,提升运维人才培养的质量和效益等,具有一定的理论意义和应用参考价值。
The ability evaluation of operation and maintenance talent in C4ISR is influenced by many uncertainties.Based on the analysis of the target orientation of operation and maintenance talent,the system engineering methods were used to design the ability indicator system of operation and maintenance talent,consisting of 4 dimensional potential variables and 23 explicit variables,and a structural equation modeling was established for ability evaluation of operation and maintenance talent.By using AMOS software tools to estimate and test the parameters of the model,a quantitative relational model was established,and suggestions for the application of the structural equation modeling were given.The research results have certain theoretical significance and reference value for guiding talent cultivating mode and teaching training reform in C4ISR major,as well as improving the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance talent cultivation.
