摘要
针对指挥信息系统管理与维护专业课程存在教学理念滞后、学员基础薄弱、教学内容针对性不强、缺乏适应实战化教学的实践场所等问题,指出了从更新教学理念、优化整合教学内容、创新教学方法、构建实战化教学环境和培育多元化教员队伍等五个方面加快推进实战化教学的途径.为推进士官学校实战化教学改革提供了参考.
Directing at the problems that the teaching idea is lagging behind, the cadets＇ basis weak, the pertinence of teaching contents unfocused and the practice sites for real-combat teaching short, and others, this article comes up with a way for accelerating the real-combat teaching, in terms of such five aspects as updating the teaching idea, optimizing and integrating the teaching contents, innovating the teaching method, constructing the environment for real-combat teaching, and cultivating the diversified faculty team, which offers a reference for carrying forward the real-combat teaching at military non-commissioned schools.
