摘要
针对未来第5代指挥信息系统结构如何演变、新质能力如何生成的问题,在研究未来战争形态、信息技术发展预期以及指挥信息系统发展历程与现状基础上,阐述了第5代指挥信息系统面向认知与智能处理,泛在网络与普适计算,弹性适变与赛博免疫以及人机融合与自主演化的能力特征,提出了一种基于军事云脑的指挥信息系统架构模型,从反馈学习和韧性保障2个方面设计了以知识为中心的系统运行演化机理,并对需关注的技术问题进行了分析。
Aimed at the problems of the structure evolution and the new capabilities generation for the fifth generation command information system, based on the future warfare forms, the information technology trend and the development process and current state of the command informa tion systems, the capability characteristics including cognition oriented, intelligent processing, u biquitous network, pervasive computing, flexibility adaptation, cyber immunity, human machine fusion and self evolvement of the fifth generation command information system are described. The command information system architecture model based on the military cloud brain is proposed. The operation and evolution mechanisms oriented to the knowledge centric system are de signed through the feedback learning and the resilience support, and the technical issues are ana lyzed.
