摘要
培养大学生应用型核心能力是地方应用型本科高校人才培养的重要目标,通过对在校学生、高校教育工作者和用人单位的问卷调查,结合现实情况和背景,构建了地方本科高校大学生应用型核心能力评价指标体系,基于层次分析法,建立了应用型核心能力评价模型,给出了量化评价方法。最后,给出了加强地方应用型本科高校大学生核心能力培养的对策建议,可为相关地方高校进行应用型人才培养模式改革提供一些参考。
It is an important target to cultivate the Applied Core Competence of College Students in Local applied undergraduate college.The study constructs the evaluation index system of applied core competence of college students in local undergraduate Colleges,through the questionnaire survey of students,college educators and employers,combined with the actual situation and background,establish an application core competence evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process,and gives a quantitative evaluation method.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the cultivation of core competence of undergraduate college students in local application are given;it can provide some reference for the reform of applied talent training mode in relevant local colleges.
