摘要
任何系统的正常循环运行都离不开评价模块,财会人才的培养质量跟踪也是如此。因此就有必要从相关的经典理论出发,运用适当的工具,通过设计和选取恰当的指标、分配合理权重建立适用的评价模型,为财会人才培养体系的不断完善和改进提供有力保障。
The normal circular operation cannot work without evaluation module.The follow-up quality evaluation of accounting talent cultivation is the same case.Hence,so as to guarantee the improvement of accounting talent cultivation system,it is necessary,based on the related classical theory,to build the suitable evaluation model by making use of the appropriate tools,designing and choosing the right indicators,and allocating the reasonable weights.
