摘要
大学生是整个社会金字塔中极具上升潜力的群体,他们在就业过程中除了要面对由理论知识到实践应用的巨大跨越,残酷的竞争也倒逼他们必须拥有核心能力来武装自己。而随着时代的变迁,就业市场需求的转变,传统核心能力已不能成为学生的竞争优势。本文在对大学生应具备的核心能力的特点进行归纳总结的基础上,结合传统核心能力内容,对大学生应具备的新的核心能力进行了论述,并针对其如何培养问题给出一些建议。
college students are the whole society in Pyramid rises very potential of the group,they are in the process of employment in addition to face by the great leap of theoretical knowledge and practice,the brutal competition also forced they must have the core competence to arm themselves. But with the changing times,changing employment market demand,the traditional core competence has can not become students' competitive advantage. This paper after summarizing the characteristics of core competence of college students should have on the combination of traditional content of core competence,ability of college students should have the new core are discussed,and the problem of how to cultivate and give some suggestions.
