College students,as the vanguard of the times,are the group with great potentialities in the whole social pyramid.They face immense stride of life from theory to practice.Various opportunities and challenges are waiting for them in competitive society.And they have great plasticity,adaptabilities,innovative thoughts,strong enterprising spirits,greater team spirits,a few social pressures and better study atmosphere.So it is very important for them to know their own advantages and establish their own core competition.
