摘要
目的分析在尿常规检验中阴道分泌物对检验结果的影响。方法 60例行尿常规检查的女性患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规尿液收集方法 ,观察组患者在处理阴道分泌物后再进行尿液收集。比较两组患者白细胞、红细胞、蛋白质、上皮细胞检出率。结果观察组患者的白细胞、红细胞、蛋白质、上皮细胞检出率分别为6.67%、33.33%、3.33%、3.33%,均低于对照组的46.67%、93.33%、30.00%、20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物会对尿常规检查的准确性造成严重影响,规范尿液采集操作,可以有效降低阴道分泌物对检测结果的影响,使检测结果更加准确,为后续的治疗工作提供有效信息支持。
Objective To analyze the effect of vaginal secretions on the test results in routine urine test.Methods A total of 60 female patients undergoing routine urine test were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine urine collection method,and the observation group was treated with vaginal secretions before urine collection.The detection rates of white blood cells,red blood cells,protein and epithelial cells were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rates of white blood cells,red blood cells,protein and epithelial cells of the observation group were 6.67%,33.33%,3.33%,3.33%,which were lower than 46.67%,93.33%,30.00%,20.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal secretions have a serious impact on the accuracy of routine urine test.Standardize urine collection can effectively reduce the impact of vaginal secretions on the test results,make the test results more accurate,and provide favorable information for subsequent treatment.
