摘要
文章参考GB/T 12705.2-2009《纺织品织物防钻绒性试验方法第2部分:转箱法》,探究了4种钻绒收集方法对测试结果的影响,研究了含绒量、车缝工艺和织物密度3种因素对织物防钻绒性能的影响。结果表明,4种收集方法测出的织物防钻绒性结果差别较大,建议采用针织平纹布法;3种因素均对织物的防钻绒性能有影响,因此必须严格按照标准要求进行测试。
GB/T 12705.2-2009 Textile-Methods of testing the down-proof properties of fabrics-Part 2:Tumble test was used to discuss on the influences of four down collection methods on the test results.The Influences of three factors:down content,sewing technology and fabric density on down-proof properties of fabric were studied.The research result showed that the results of down-proof properties of fabrics measured by the four down collection methods had a big difference,so it was suggested to collect down by knitting plain cloth method.All three factors had influences on the down-proof properties of fabrics,so the test should be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the standard.
