摘要
目的研究尿常规检验中阴道分泌物对检验结果的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2018年1月至2018年12月接收的90例妇科疾病患者的临床资料,根据检查方式的不同将患者分为对照组(n=45,行常规尿液检查)和观察组(n=45,行规范尿液检查)。比较两组的尿常规检验结果。结果观察组患者尿液标本的pH高于对照组,24h尿蛋白定量、尿糖水平、尿液比重、尿胆红素、尿胆原和酮体水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物在一定程度上会影响尿常规检验结果,临床应严格控制采集方式以及过程,以提高尿常规检验准确性。
Objective To study the influence of vaginal secretion on the results of urine routine test.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with gynecological diseases enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different ways of inspection,the patients were divided into control group(n=45,routine urine examination)and observation group(n=45,standardized urine examination).The results of routine urine examination were compared between the two groups.Results The pH of urine samples in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of 24 h urinary protein quantification,urine sugar,urine specific gravity,the levels of urinary bilirubin,urinary bilirubin and ketone body in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal secretion can affect the results of routine urine examination to a certain extent.The collection methods and procedures should be strictly controlled in order to improve the accuracy of routine urine examination.
