摘要
目的评估阴道分泌物对于尿常规临床检验具体结果所形成的影响作用和相关对策。方法对2019年1月—2020年4月在该医院接受尿常规临床检验的100例女性实施该次指标数据统计,将采取常规方法获取的尿液标本用作参照组具体检验样本,将采取特殊干预方法(维持无阴道分泌物干扰下)获取的尿液标本用作试验组具体检验样本,分析各组尿液标本中检出内含物情况、尿液标本色泽及悬浮物情况。结果试验组尿液标本中蛋白质检出率、红细胞检出率、白细胞检出率、上皮细胞检出率、亚硝酸盐检出率(1.00%、33.00%、4.00%、0.00%、7.00%)对比参照组(19.00%、96.00%、35.00%、9.00%、42.00%)减少,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.000、86.668、30.610、9.424、33.112,P<0.05)。参照组尿液标本呈现较深黄色,存在较低透明度,悬浮物含量较多,实验组尿液标本呈现较淡黄色,存在较高透明度,悬浮物含量较少。结论阴道分泌物会影响尿常规临床检验具体结果,需予以对应干预对策,充分保证尿常规临床检验结果的准确度。
Objective To evaluate the influence of vaginal secretions on the specific results of urine routine clinical tests and related countermeasures.Methods Perform this index data statistics on 100 women who underwent routine urine clinical tests in the hospital from January 2019 to April 2020.Urine specimens obtained by conventional methods were used as specific test samples for the reference group.Urine specimens obtained by special intervention methods(without the interference of vaginal secretions)were used as specific test samples for the test group,and the contents of the urine specimens detected in each group,the color of the urine specimens and the suspended matter were analyzed.Results The detection rate of protein,red blood cell,white blood cell,epithelial cell and nitrite in the urine samples of the experimental group(1.00%,33.00%,4.00%,0.00%,7.00%)compared with the reference group(19.00%,96.00%,35.00%,9.00%,42.00%)decreased,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.000,86.668,30.610,9.424,33.112,P<0.05).The urine specimens of the reference group were darker yellow,with lower transparency,and more suspended solids,while the urine specimens of the experimental group were lighter yellow,with higher transparency,and less suspended solids.Conclusion Vaginal secretions will affect the specific results of routine urine clinical tests,and corresponding intervention measures are needed to fully ensure the accuracy of routine urine clinical test results.
