摘要
目的分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果产生的影响。方法为随机收集的行尿常规检验的女性患者172例,其中86例患者清除阴道分泌物,归为观察组,余下的86例患者未清除阴道分泌物,归为对照组。比较和分析两组的尿常规检验结果。结果在上皮细胞和尿蛋白、白细胞、红细胞、检验结果指标中,观察组有1例(1.16%)、2例(2.33%)、4例(4.65%)、20例(23.26%),对照组有12例(13.95%)、20例(23.25%)、36例(41.86%)、74例(86.05%),观察组和对照组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者pH值及比重水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿常规检验结果直接受到女性阴道分泌物的影响,其会大幅度降低尿常规检验结果的准确度,进而影响临床诊治疾病的效果。为此,对于接受尿常规检验的女性患者应教会其正确的尿样收集方法,并及时进行检测,确保采集尿液样本更加规范,促进尿常规临床检验结果准确性的进一步提升。
Objective To analyze the influence of vaginal discharge on urine routine clinical test results and summa⁃rize corresponding countermeasures.Methods The study included 172 randomly selected female patients under⁃going urine routine tests,with 86 patients having cleared vaginal discharge(observation group)and the remaining 86 patients with uncleared vaginal discharge(control group).Urine routine test results between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Among the epithelial cells and urine protein,white blood cells,red blood cells,and test results,there were 1 case(1.16%)2 cases(2.33%)4 cases(4.65%)20 cases(23.26%)in the observa⁃tion group and 12 cases(13.95%)20 cases(23.25%)in the control group 36 cases(41.86%)74 cases(86.05%),and the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in pH value and specific gravity levels between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine routine test results are directly affected by female vaginal discharge,significantly reducing the accuracy of urine routine test results and consequently impacting the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Therefore,female patients undergoing urine routine tests should be educated on the correct urine sample collec⁃tion methods,and timely testing should be conducted to ensure standardized urine sample collection,further im⁃proving the accuracy of urine routine clinical test results.
