摘要
目的:分析并比较尿常规检验显微镜手工法和干化学法检测结果的差异。方法:在2017年4月~2019年8月于本院接受尿常规检查的人群中选择200例作为研究对象,所有患者均留取尿液标本,分别接受干化学法以及显微镜手工法进行检验,将干化学法检验结果作为A组,将显微镜手工法检验结果作为B组。结果:比较尿蛋白、尿红细胞阳性率,A组略低,分别为15.0%、22.0%。白细胞阳性率对比则显示A组略高,为24.0%,但对比差异均不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在尿常规检验工作中使用显微镜手工法以及干化学法所得检测结果虽存在一定差异,但并不明显,二者均可得到较为理想的检测结果。在具体应用当中也依据科室具体情况以及患者身体状况合理选择,如有必要也应联合应用,以便确保检测结果的准确性。
Objective:To analyze and compare the differences between manual and dry chemical methods of urine routine examination microscope.Methods:200 patients who received routine urine examination in our hospital from April 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients took urine samples and underwent dry chemical method and microscopic manual method respectively.The results of dry chemical method were taken as group A,and the results of microscopic manual method were taken as group B.Results:Comparing the positive rates of urine protein and urine red blood cells,group A was slightly lower,15.0%and 22.0%,respectively.The comparison of the positive rate of white blood cells showed that the group A was slightly higher,24.0%,but the difference was not obvious,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Although there are some differences between manual microscope method and dry chemical method in routine urine test,they are not obvious,and both can obtain ideal test results.In the specific application,it is also reasonable to choose according to the specific situation of the department and the patient’s physical condition.If necessary,it should also be applied jointly to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
