摘要
“食品微生物检验”是高等院校食品相关专业的重要课程,具有实践性和应用性强的特点。结合专业认证的要求,在成果导向教育(OBE)模式教学过程中引入虚拟仿真技术,探讨基于OBE理念的“食品微生物检验”虚拟仿真教学改革思路、虚拟仿真教学设计和课程评价体系,可以更好地培养学生的自主学习能力、创新意识和工程实践能力,实现创新应用型人才培养提供思路与参考。
Food Microbiological Inspection is an important professional course of the major of food science in colleges and universities,which has the characteristics of strong practicality and applicability.According to the requirements of professional certification,the virtual simulation technology was introduced in the teaching process of outcome-based education(OBE)mode.In this paper,the virtual simulation teaching ideas,virtual simulation teaching design and evaluation system reform in Food Microbiological Inspection was discussed based on OBE.This could be helpful to better cultivate students'autonomous learning ability,improve the students'innovative consciousness and engineering practice ability.This also could provide some references on implementation of cultivating innovative and applied talents.
